FAQs /Practicalities

The idea of starting therapy can often feel daunting, and if you are thinking about embarking on therapy now then you are bound to have lots of questions. Here are a few things that may be on your mind. If you have any more questions, then please do get in touch.

How often do I come for therapy sessions?

We meet once every week, on the same day and at the same time each week.

How long is a therapy session?

Sessions are fifty minutes long.

How long will it take?

The overall length of the therapy varies from one person to another. I offer open-ended therapy, which means that you can come and see me for as long as you feel it is beneficial. For some people, this might mean a matter of weeks or months, while for others, it might be something longer term. You can decide to end the therapy sessions whenever you wish, and we will think together about the right time for you to come to an ending.

Where will we meet?

My consulting room is based near Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire. It is a quiet and peaceful space with views over treetops and sky.

Can we do the sessions online?

Yes, the sessions can be done by online video if you prefer.

How much does it cost?

I charge £65 per weekly session.
