What now?

If you are interested to find out more, then please contact me and we will arrange a free telephone conversation of around 15 minutes. This would be an informal conversation to explore your situation briefly and answer any initial questions you might have. There is no obligation to proceed any further if it doesn’t feel right for you. 

The next step after this conversation would be to meet for a consultation session, to give us the chance to think together in more detail about your situation, your background and what you hope to get from therapy.  This will help us to decide if I am the right therapist for you. If we decide together that it feels right to proceed after this consultation, then we will arrange to start your weekly sessions, either in person or online, to suit your preference.
